Meet the Doctors
Dr. William Warren Robinson is board certified by the American and Georgia Optometric Associations in both diagnostic and therapeutic eye care. Specializing in testing to determine the health of the ocular tissue. Dilation is a routine portion of your exam to evaluate the health of not just the cornea, but also the optic nerve and retina.
Dr. Robinson attended Tulane University 1969-1971, then attended University of Georgia 1971-1973 earned a BS in Psychology. Southern California College of Optometry Graduated 1978. Certified Ga State Board of Optometry 1978.
Dr. Robert Penland was born in Augusta, Georgia and grew up in Watkinsville near Athens. He earned his bachelor’s degree at the University of Georgia and then his Doctorate at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Optometry. Currently 39 years of age, he has been married for 16 years to wife, Heather. They currently have three children ages 12 years, 9 years, and 3 years. He is a long standing member of both the American Optometric Association and the Georgia Optometric Association and has been practicing optometry since his graduation in May of 2001.
